SareeBari delivers across all the major locations within India. We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame.To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. For delivery within India, shipping is complimentary and no surcharge is payable of any kind. COD is accepted and no extra charges for COD facility. For International shipping please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For International shipping we charge as per the bill no fixed rate, completely depends on weight and dimension and we provide bill from the courier company, to be transparent about shipping charges. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and Public holidays. All products are dispatched in 3-4 business days. Customised products or due to some unforeseen situation goods are dispatched in 5-6 business days. DELIVERY PROCESS:Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days between Monday to Saturday. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 3-4 working days (after shipment) in major cities and within 10 days (after shipment) for other locations as per your pin code.Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. However, the delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications with regards to the delivery, kindly drop us an E-mail at email@example.com or call us +91-8374433124 within 1-2 hours after placing an order.Once a product has been dispatched, no modifications can be made. DISCLAIMER: Our products are packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID and we’ll do the needful. If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
All items to be returned/exchanged/refunded must meet the following conditions: Returns are accepted on Sarees only. A Return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product by mailing us on email@example.com with your order ID and other necessary information, as well as picture to support the claim. All returned products should be completely unused and unhampered. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will deduct the return charges from final settlement amount. All original packaging of the product should be intact and no damage done to either the product or its packaging. SareeBari reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product, to ensure it is re-saleable before issuing a credit/processing refunds or exchanging the product. Certain scenarios where we will NOT be able to support Exchange/Returns: Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame of 48 hours. Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you had received. Customised or tailor-made products that have been made to order with your specifications. (For e.g. Fall and picot addition). Products with tampered or missing price tags or blouse fabric cut out from the saree. Items that are returned without the original packaging and original bills.Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer at their expense.No amount will be reimbursed in this case. DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS: We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products but in the rare case of the product having any manufacturing defects that have been unnoticed from our end, we would exchange/replace/refund the same. If you happen to receive defective or damaged product(s), please notify us on firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order ID as well as pictures of the defect, within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) and we’ll take it forward from there. On arrival of your order, if you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person. Please email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID and we’ll do the needful. If the delivery has been accepted by you, it will be assumed that the package was received in a secure manner.
Tracking your Order
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and always on time. We partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders. Our packaging does not have any branding, marking or product description to ensure you can have your order delivered anywhere without disclosing the contents of the package. For any amount of order Shipping is Absolutely Free within India. We ship your order within 4 working days after the order placed.You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 3-4 working days (after shipment) in major cities and within 10 days (after shipment) for other locations as per your pin code. You can track your order online once it is dispatched, as we will share the tracking number in your registered email id and phone number shared by you during the placement of order. While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. We will intimate you in such cases via mail.
